Louise is the founder of Stem & Glory, a net zero plant-based restaurant chain. Stem & Glory's sustainability mission was celebrated at COP26 in Glasgow when they were one of the UK governments ‘Heroes of Net Zero' Louise has taken a lengthy deep dive into sustainability and emissions reduction within their own business, and is keen to share this with other business owners, in order that we can all contribute to a greener plant.
