Lorena is the Mission Lead for Healthier Lives Through Food at EIT Food, where she drives innovation and fosters partnerships to accelerate transitions to healthier, sustainable food systems. She co-leads the Healthy Ageing Think & Do Tank and Protein Diversification initiatives. With over 20 years of global leadership experience in FMCG and Foodservice, Lorena has led innovation, business development, and marketing at companies like Kraft Foods and Burger King. She has also developed clean label and sustainability strategies as a senior consultant, bridging business and science to deliver impactful food solutions.
