With over 20 years of HR experience, 15 of which have been at director level, Louisa is passionate about creating workplaces that foster trust, purpose, and collaboration. Prior to joining Noble Foods, Louisa held senior HR roles at G4S Secure Solutions and SSP. She is also a Non-Executive Director and Trustee for Friends of the Elderly and chairs their Service Delivery Committee.
