Tamara Rajah MBE

Tamara Rajah MBE has over 20 years’ experience building businesses, leading large scale transformations and driving innovation in consumer health and wellness. She is Group Managing Director of Healthcare at Tesco, following Executive Board roles at Holland & Barrett as CEO of Wellness Solutions and Chief Transformation Officer. There, she led the brand and loyalty transformation, oversaw scientific R&D for more than 2,000 new products, and developed preventative digital health solutions that strengthened customer engagement and lifetime value. Tamara serves on the Boards of Nationwide and Parkrun Global, and has previously held non executive roles with Holland & Barrett, the ScaleUp Institute, London & Partners and Entrepreneur First. Earlier in her career, she was one of McKinsey’s youngest healthcare partners before founding a venture backed consumer health platform supporting people with chronic conditions in the UK and US. She has spoken globally on wellness and innovation and was awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to technology and entrepreneurship.
