Pembrokeshire Lamb was founded in 2019 as a way to may our family farm more sustainable. We sell high welfare Lamb, Hogget and Mutton in small batches as sustainably as possible. Our animals are grass and forage fed. We continually strive to enhance the biodiversity on our farm. We have 2 X 1 Great Taste stars, 3 X 2 great taste stars and a Great Taste 3 star plus the Golden fork for Wales for our Hogget shoulder.
