Tempeh is a traditional Javanese food technique that has been around for centuries and Better Nature, with its rich Southeast Asian history, has produced a range of sustainable products for today’s market. Made from using whole cultured soybeans (Instead of just soy milk used for making Tofu) Tempeh has a much firmer texture. It also packs a protein punch with over twice as much in it than tofu.
