Jean leads ReLondon’s work on food and coordinates the Food Flagship Initiative, a major three-year venture in partnership with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the Greater London Authority to demonstrate how a low carbon circular economy for food can be achieved in London. Jean is the lead author of the circular economy guide for food businesses “Food that doesn’t cost the earth” and co-author of the report “London’s food footprint”, analysing the flows of food in the capital and associated greenhouse gas emissions.
