Mark has led the Sustainability Cluster since it’s inception in 2020, supporting Welsh Food and Drink businesses become more sustainable. He has over 30 years’ experience in food and drink. He worked for 23 years at Tesco across their supply chain, in-store operations, distribution and commercial buying areas and then at the National Procurement Service, where he developed the category strategy for public sector food in Wales.
