In 2027, Sustainable Foods will expand its footprint at the Business Design Centre, moving from the Gallery Hall and Auditorium into the Mezzanine. As the venue’s principal event space, the Mezzanine offers 2,000 m² of flexible event space beneath the iconic 16-metre-high roof.
