Frequently asked questions

Yes. Please contact accounts@sustainablefoodsevent.com and provide the following information: name(s) of attendee, job titles, contact number, contact email. Our team will send you an invoice within 1 working day. Please note registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

Corporate rates are for food and drink businesses, which we have defined to mean retailers, manufacturers, processors and distributors of food and drink.

Vendor rates are for solution providers which are typically software and data providers, ingredient businesses, energy providers, supply chain, and other businesses which sell services to F&D.

If you're unsure which category applies to you, please contact hello@sustainablefoodsevent.com

This category covers registered charities, non-profit organisations, trade associations, academic institutions (universities, research bodies, think tanks), and government or public sector bodies. If your organisation is not primarily commercially motivated — that is, you're not attending to sell a product or service — this rate is likely the right one. If you're unsure, email us and we'll confirm within one working day.

Absolutely. We offer a heavily subsidised rate of £199 + VAT for primary producers, including arable, livestock, horticultural, and mixed farmers. This reflects the value that grower perspectives bring to the conversation at Sustainable Foods — and our commitment to ensuring the whole supply chain is represented at the event.

Yes. If you can no longer attend the event, but would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please write to accounts@sustainablefoodsevent.com and we will update the registration accordingly.
